Before joining 1Group, Vivien gained valuable experience working on large-scale industrial and commercial projects, where she was involved in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis. This gave her a solid foundation in identifying value and assessing risks in complex property transactions.
Holding a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Deakin University, Vivien graduated with distinction and was awarded a scholarship for her academic excellence.
